“I Live in the present due to the constraint of the Space-Time Continuum”
“When someone is seeking,” said Siddhartha, “It happens quite easily that he only sees the thing that he is seeking; that he is unable to find anything, unable to absorb anything, because he is only thinking of the thing he is seeking, because he has a goal, because he is obsessed with his goal. Seeking means: to have a goal; but finding means: to be free, to be receptive, to have no goal. You, O worthy one, are perhaps a seeker, for in striving towards your goal, you do not see many things that are under your nose.”
~ Hermann Hesse
My soul honours your soul.
I honour the place in you where the entire universe resides.
I honour the light, love, truth, beauty and peace within you,
because it is also within me.
In sharing these things we are united, we are the same, we are one.
UPDATE: In a well ordered world Frankie may have signed in to his first blog with this greeting, mayhaps he did, maybe I mistranscribed the typing. Today’s photo is Frankie in the living room where he’s curiously watching to see if the Turnbull will oust the rascally Wabbott. It’s the first day that his jaunty doggie confidence has re-emerged and he’s busily investigating his territory and wondering whether he’s been replaced in all those action adventures by younger, fitter canines.
“To lose the approbation of my dog is a thing too horrible to contemplate.”
~ Barbara Dana
UPDATE: Frankie was three steps up on the back step today, followed by a semi-skittish slide into the living room as I went to forklift him in, impressive…here he’s adoring Robin. We need to watch him whilst his limbs are re-responding and his boredom and energy seek to express themselves
“One touch of nature makes the whole world kin.”
~ William Shakespeare
UPDATE: This is a photo of a previous athletic Frankie at the beach, as long as he’s aspiring that way I have no intention of photoshopping him elsewhere, he’s hopping, skipping, falling occasionally and rebalancing progressively every day.
